Our facility replicates the comfort and warmth of a three-bedroom home including thoughtfully designed areas for rest, play and sleep. It also doesn’t matter if your dog is a puppy, a senior or a pet with distinctive needs – we can accommodate them all!

Here at The Pets’ Home, your dog can rest, play, eat and sleep in a safe, fun sanctuary full of creature comforts until the moment you return to bring your best friend back home.

Plainfield guests with us by day can enjoy from 4 to 8 hours of loving daycare. Those dogs that are boarding with us receive up to 8 hours of daycare at no extra cost.

Upon visiting our facility, you’ll notice how it incorporates residential furniture, decor and amenities for a home-like atmosphere that helps put pets at ease. Your dog also is not confined to a cage but rather free to roam with a sense of inclusion in its home away from home.

Our layout includes both communal areas for group activities and cozy corners for solitude if your dog chooses. The snug, sunlit bedrooms have personalized spaces for individual or multi-pet lodging.

Your pet further will appreciate being able to have its sleep area determined by its friendships with other dogs. Adding to canine comfort even more, our dog boarding and daycare includes climate control and soothing background music as well.

Dogs are social animals that benefit from frequent activity with other dogs. When your dog is a guest of our dog boarding and daycare, they have plenty of ways to play!

Our large, fenced outdoor area lets your dog dash through the fresh air as it has a blast choosing its playmates and exercise. The outdoor area offers nine separate, segregated yards in addition to an exclusive inground pool. We also monitor all play areas to ensure your dog’s comfort and safety.

The indoor play area includes toys and designated spaces for activities that satisfy different dogs’ levels of need and energy. Many of our guests also get excited for our foam parties with our commercial-grade foam machine!

Personalized Plans

Every dog is unique, and yours is no exception. We recognize your best friend may have particular likes and dislikes, preferences of play and dietary or medical requirements. That’s why we take great care to establish a care plan tailored specifically for your dog.

Our care for your pet also includes an open and receptive channel for communication. We want to know everything that’s important to your dog, as well as what matters to you about your dog’s well-being when you’re away.

That two-way communication further consists of frequent awareness about your beloved pet. We track your dog’s progress while it’s with us and update you through daily reports.

Safety and Health

We want your dog to be happy and healthy when it’s at the facility and when it goes back home with you. We strive to protect our guests from illness by cleaning each room daily with pet-safe cleaners.

If for any reason your dog becomes sick or has medical needs, a trained team member will carefully attend to your pet. In the event of a rare emergency, we will swiftly notify you and your vet. Each room also includes a pet CPR kit.

The frequent exercise we offer will help support your dog’s health as well. When you come to pick up your pet, don’t be surprised if your best friend is joyfully worn out and ready to relax at your feet!

Prepared Staff

From attention to any required medication, your pet will receive what it needs from our team during its stay. We also enhance your pet’s security and well-being with surveillance systems that let us keep a wide, watchful eye on our guests.

Your dog will never be left to fend for itself, including at night. A staff member always sleeps overnight at our dog boarding facility, and should a concern or rare emergency arise, we will be ready to act.
